Petite exploitation agricole d'une quarantaine d'hectare, situé dans les Petites Pyrénées (région montagneuse entre le Volp et le Salat). Actuellement en cours d'installation je débute mon activité avec un troupeau de 70 brebis allaitantes en semi plein air (les animaux restent à l'abris par mauvais temps). Mon projet est de monter un atelier d'ovins lait avec transformation du lait en yaourt de brebis et fromage. pour la petite histoire je suis fils d'éleveur d'ovins originaire d'Aveyron, et je réalise ce projet en partant de Zéro, tous est à faire.
