En La Tomata nos proponemos recuperar los aromas y sabores perdidos. Empezamos esta historia con tomates excepcionales, tomates que SI saben a tomate!!
Y como nuestro cultivo de tomate es por temporada, para poder hacer sostenible el proyecto, tenemos un VERMUT elaborado de forma tradicional.
Como base, vino de uva Albillo Real + botánicos, hierbas y cítricos + Pedro Ximénez.
El resultado es un vermut autentico, aromático y potente.
